This instant ice pack, or cool pack, is specially designed for use in first aid situations. In the event of a sprain, strain or abrasion, the instant ice pack quickly cools down the area in order to minimise bruising and bleeding. The amazing thing about the instant ice pack is that it doesn’t need to be placed in the freezer. All you have to do to activate the cold temperature is to twist the bag until the inner bag bursts. Then you shake the contents until the pack becomes ice cold and its then ready for use.
